It is determined that if the anti-dumping measures are lifted, the dumping of the products in question will continue to or recur and cause harm to the EU industry. Therefore, it has been decided to continue to maintain the anti-dumping measures on the products in question. The tax rates are detailed in the table below. The EU Combined Nomenclature (CN) codes for the products in question are 7019 11 00, ex 7019 12 00 (EU TARIC codes: 7019 12 00 22, 7019 12 00 25, 7019 12 00 26, 7019 12 00 39), 7019 14 00, and 7019 15 00. The dumping investigation period for this case is from January 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2021, and the injury investigation period is from January 1st, 2018 to the end of the dumping investigation period. On December 17th, 2009, the EU initiated an anti-dumping investigation on glass fiber originating from China. On March 15th, 2011, the EU made a final ruling on anti-dumping measures against glass fiber originating from China. On March 15th, 2016, the EU initiated the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on glass fiber originating from China. On April 25th, 2017, the European Commission made the first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on continuous filament glass fiber originating from China. On April 21st, 2022, the European Commission initiated the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation on continuous filament glass fiber originating from China.
